高中英语比较级语法

1、比较级的结构：

1.倍数表达法：

倍数：1半half 1倍once 2倍twice3倍three times4倍four  times..

(1)A is +倍数+比较级 than B

Eg.  Your school is twice bigger than ours.

(2) A is+倍数+as+形容词原级+as B

Eg.  Your school is three times as big as ours.

(3) A is+倍数+thesize ( height;length;width;depth;weight;age。)of  B

Eg.  Your school is three times the size of ours

(4)A is+倍数+asmany/much+名词+as B

Eg.  He has got three times as many books as his sister.

(5)A is+倍数+what从句

Eg. The length of this road is four times what it was three years ago.

2.原级比较

(1)as+形容词/副词 原级 +as= the same as

    He is as tall as I

(2)not as/so +形容词/副词+as=less +形容词+than(表否定)

   Money is not so important as health.

(3)as +形容词+名词+as

    Ihave as many books as Tom.

3.比较级句式

   A +谓语+比较级+than+B

  This pen is better than that one.

   Theclimate here is warmer than that in Beijing.

4.比较级的特殊句式

(1)表示一方随另一方程度而变化时，用“the+比较级”(+主语+谓语)，the+比较级(+主语+谓语)

    The harder he works,the happier he feels.

(2)不与其他事物相比，表示本身程度改变时，用“比较级+and+比较级”

   The weather is getting colder and colder.

(3)“两者之中较...的一个。”  the+比较级+ofthe two

    Itis the bigger of the two.

(4)not+比较级+than:一方不如另一方。

no+形容词比较级+than：前者和后者一样不....=as +形容词的反义词+as

   Tomis not richer than Peter.          Tom isno richer than Peter=Tom is as poor as Peter

(5)否定词+比较级 表达最高级含义

 I can'tagree with you more.   Nobody is tallerthan him.

He has never spent a more worrying day.

5.  比较级的易误区：

 (1)no more than=only仅仅，只有;   not more than=at most至多

   noless than=as much/many as 多达;    not less than=at least至少

 (2)比较级+than +any other

   Kateis taller than any other girls in her class.

6.修饰比较级的词有：

  much, even, still, yet, far, by far, a lot,any,

  agreat deal, twice, five times…., a little,

  a  bit,  rather, slightly  等

7.无规则，单独记忆

@many/much-more-most

@little-less-least

@far-father较远的-farthest最远的  

 far-further进一步的-furthest

@old-older较老的-oldest最老的  

  old-elder较年长的-eldest最年长的

@late-later较远的（时间 ）-latest 最新的   

  late-latter后者（顺序）-last最后（的）
