申请美国商务签证时如何填写DS-160表
1、输入网址，选择语言（中文）、选择使馆位置，点击开始申请。
（1）登录https://ceac.state.gov/genniv 在右上角的语言窗口选择"中文"。
（2）在get started下面选择申请的地区，如China, Guangzhou(中国广州)。
（3）然后会出现测试上传照片的框（test photo），把准备好的照片上传测试
（4）在这个页面最底部有三个红色的选择按钮，点击"Start an Application", 进入正式填表申请。
(5) 填写时先记录下申请编号(右上角的数字如下第2张图的AA009NKA85)， 便于后续查询
2、Personal Information 1（个人信息1）
填写姓名、性别、曾用名、婚姻状态、出生信息等
如果您的名字由两个汉字组成，两字之间请空一格。
在回答“您曾用过其它名字吗?”这一问题时，如选择“YES”，需输入您的曾用名。没有曾用名则选择NO。

3、Personal Information 2 （个人信息2）
填写国籍、身份证号
将US Social Security Number和Taxpayer ID Number中的"Does Not Apply"勾选，不需要填写。填完之后保存，然后点击:"Next: Travel " 进入下一步。

4、Travel Information
申请人，旅行计划，资金担保人等
只要是申请B1签证，您肯定是主申请人，第一个问题就是选择“Yes”。
访美目的(Purpose of Trip to US)，选择B1/B2。
如果已经订好机票酒店，在Have you made specific travel plans中选择yes，并且输入相关的信息，如果没有，则选择no，下方填写抵达时间和停留时间。
在选资金担保人时，一般填写Other Person，在下拉菜单中选择Parents，下方填写相关的联系信息。
5、Travel Companions Information
是否有同行者中选择no，选择以后保存，如选择有同行者，则按提示填写同行者的信息。然后点击进入下一步。
6、Previous US Travel Information
以前赴美记录，拒签记录
是否拒签过？如果有拒签过，一定要诚实选择“是”。没有选“No"。
如选择“是”，需要填写拒签的时间地点和签证类型，以及拒签原因。拒签原因可以在当时您被拒签的回条上找到。
填完保存后进入下一步。
7、Address and Phone Information
家庭住址，通信地址，电话，传真和邮箱等
在Street Address中填写详细地址。
如果工作电话/传真等信息无法提供，可勾选Does Not Apply。
填完后保存，点击进入下一步。
8、Passport Information
护照信息及护照遗失信息
该页填写护照编号等信息。
最后要填一个是否有过遗失护照或者被盗的经历，没有选"NO", 有就选"YES"，并填写以前护照的编号和签发地等信息。
填完保存后进入下一步。
9、US Contact Information
美国主要联系信息
该页填写你在美国认识的人或者组织的联系信息，如是商务出差，一般可填写邀请方的信息，填写你拜访的第一个客户也行。
填完保存后进入下一步。
10、Family Information：Relatives
家庭信息，包括父母相关信息和其他直系亲属
直系亲属，如果不知道都包括哪些人的话，请把鼠标放在后边的英文说明上就会出现汉语的关于直系亲属的说明。
11、Work/Education/Training Information
工作，学习培训状况
据实填写，学生填写目前学校信息，职员填目前公司信息，关于职位，如果列表没有你的职位，可以选择其他（other），再自己进一步说明。然后会让你写雇主信息。
如需填写月薪，请填写以人民币作为单位的月收入。
12、Security and Background：Medicine and Health Information
安全与背景：医疗与健康信息(一般都选择NO)
下面共有三个问题，中英对照分别为：
Q: Do you have a communicable disease of public health significance such as tuberculosis (TB)?
您是否患有危害公共卫生的传染性疾病，例如肺结核?
Q: Do you have a mental or physical disorder that poses or is likely to pose a threat to the safety or welfare of yourself or others?

您是否或曾经滥用药物(毒品)或对药物(毒品)上瘾?
13、Security and Background: Criminal Information
安全与背景：犯罪信息(一般都选择NO)
Q: Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?
您是否曾经因违法或犯罪行为被捕或被判罪，即使是后来获得了宽恕、赦免或其它类似的裁决?
Q: Have you ever violated, or engaged in a conspiracy to violate, any law relating to controlled substances?
您是否曾经违反或共谋违反有关违禁品的法律?
Q: Are you coming to the United States to engage in prostitution or unlawful commercialized vice or have you been engaged in prostitution or procuring prostitutes within the past 10 years?
