1、工具——宏——录制新宏——确定
2、工具——宏——停止录制
3、工具——宏——宏，跳出对话框点编辑
4、将对话框中的原始内容全部清除，复制粘帖如下代码：

5、复制粘帖完毕，待有上边显示AllInernalPasswords字样就可以把大小窗口关闭。
6、工具——宏——宏，找到AllInernalPasswords字样，点击执行。
7、点执行后，会跳出两个对话框确认，点确认就可以。然后Excel会自动运行解码的代码，这个需要点时间，大概1分钟不到。
等运行完毕，还会再跳出一个对话框，再点击确认。
这样就完成了解锁，你可以随心所欲的编辑资料了。
