With FedEx International Economy, you can afford to upgrade your important but less urgent shipments to dependable, day-definite delivery. You can also plan with greater confidence, tightening production schedules and reducing inventories.

• Delivery typically in 2-4 business days, two business days for Asia, three business days for the
U.S., and 3-4 business days for destinations in Europe. Please call our Customer Service Team for
the exact delivery commitment on your shipment.

• Packages and heavier boxes up to 68kg, with an unlimited total shipment weight.
No Compromise on Quality
A slower transit time may suit you, but you never need to compromise on service quality. FedEx International Economy gives you many of the benefits of other FedEx Express delivery services such as:
• Online tracking that gives you access to round-the-clock shipment status and automatically updates you and the consignee by e-mail in any of 16 different languages;

• Not only do you get speedy delivery, but also FedEx reliability, which is supported by a money-back
guarantee; and,

• A variety of billing options. You can choose to bill yourself, the consignee or a third-party account.

Additional information
1. Packaging
• IE service is not available for 10/25kg boxes. On an air waybill, if IE is selected in the “service”
section but a “10 KG box” or “25 KG box” is used, the shipment will be billed and shipped as “
International Priority Service” with FedEx 10/25kg box packaging.

2. Documentation
• If the international air waybill does not have the IE service marked in the “Express Package
Service” section (Section 4 on AWB), customers must write “IE” in the blank service line in
Section 4.

• If no service is marked on the air waybill, your shipment will be sent using a service selected at the
discretion of FedEx.
