1、墨鱼干、黑木耳提前浸泡,充分泡发

2、泡好的墨鱼干去骨,切细丝,胡萝卜切小块,生姜切片

3、将排骨冲洗干净,坐锅,烧热水,放入排骨和生姜片,焯烫一会儿去除血水,捞出,撇去油沫,先后将胡萝卜块和黑木耳也焯烫一下

4、砂锅倒入适量清水,放入排骨和墨鱼丝,大约煮一小时左右

5、倒入焯烫好的胡萝卜块,继续煮半小时左右

6、加入少许醋,可使肉质软烂出味,再倒入黑木耳,继续煮半小时左右

7、出锅前调入盐,搅匀即可
