5、备好葱花,白芝麻和皮冻

6、肉末里先加入盐,鸡蛋 ,料酒 ,蚝油,葱花按顺时针方向搅拌至有粘性

7、之后再把皮冻加入搅拌均匀

8、取一个面坯,擀成圆皮状,加入馅料

10、热锅倒油

14、一直煎至锅内的水分收干,锅底有吱吱的响声后开盖加入白芝麻和葱花煎至片刻至底部脆香后熄火出锅
