Inquery through online/Wechat/ Phone 网上咨询，微信咨询，以及电话咨询。

2、2-介绍货物情况包含，启运地/目的地/运输方式/货物体积/时效要求/Make a brief introduction for your shipment that include:Origin address/Destination address/shipping mode/goods' volume/weight/ time of planned delivery,了解相关货物信息并预约上门看货时间/try to make a appointment with the carrier then fix a time and make a pre-move survey for your forthcoming relocation

3、3-现场评估/测量Pre-move survey on-site

4、4-告知承运人你想托运所有物品并告知货物价值Show all the goods to the carrier and let them know goods' value

5、5-告知承运人你的行程Advise them your trip schedule 

6、6-确认报关文件Confrim with your carrier what documents Customs needed

7、7-确认费用支付条款Confrim the payment terms

8、8-报价和接受报价签订托运协议Quotation and acceptance of quotation signed shipping agreement

9、9-确认包含的服务Confirm the service included

-不包含的服务Service excluded

-船期表Shipping schedule

10、10-现场包装提货Packing on-site & pick up

海运Shipping from port of origin to port of entry

11、11-目的港清关派送Destinationa cusotms clerance and delivery to your new house 

检查货物到货状态，如无破损签收送货单Check your goods' condition of arrival，if the goods' condition is well then sign the paper of delivery.
